In May 2018 Strideline engaged LTV to lead their in-house team in igniting their direct-to-consumer (D2C) program. While traction had been achieved in retail and other channels, ecommerce had been only a minimal part of the Strideline success story.
Beginning with brand and digital strategy and testing, LTV helped Strideline achieve growth of 580% over first quarter revenues during the second calendar quarter of 2018. Despite challenges with the speed of growth, Strideline achieved 292% improvement on first half turnover under LTV’s deeper channel management in the second half of 2018. The D2C channel is now one of the leading revenue generators for Strideline, despite its infancy relative to other business units.
